good choice of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was delicious. loved a safe box, cable programming and a mini bar fridge in the room. location: the hotel was next to the train stations and various malls-takashimaya, sogo, as well as various shops and big malls.

The whole interior is nice and rooms are reasonably large. The location is ideal and excellent, very close to shopping area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to major train stations and shopping centers. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the housekeeping to the front desk. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although it could have had more choices. we were really impressed with this hotel.

The gym facilities were quite limited and required an additional fee to use the treadmill.

The staff went out of their way to assist me. I had come from a bad hotel experience so I was very much in appreciation when the service exceeded my expectations. The staff thought outside the box which can be difficult to get in Japan.

I would of loved to have had a later check out time than 1p.m. as I had a midnight flight.

The hotel's location right in front of the train station is perfect for quick and easy transportation. The underground shopping center in the basement, Yodobashi, is a convenient and fun place to explore. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a luxurious bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Not obvious to find.

Everything was perfect, met my requirements, and the staff were helpful people in the utmost respectful manner. I had perfect, spotless room with fridge and a very good view, as example. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. The restaurant was outstanding with good food and service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right next to Yokohama Train station. It's super convenient for accessing trains to many locations throughout Japan. Plus, it's just a few feet away from the hotel, making it a much cheaper option than a taxi. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The twin standard beds feel more like full size beds, and the bathrooms are roomy and equipped with both a shower and a separate tub. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection, although it is a bit expensive at $30/person.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was right in front of the train station, with easy access to the center of Tokyo and shopping areas. The room was spacious and comfortable with a heated toilet seat, a safe and replenished toiletries. The staff provided great service, and the lobby was beautiful and welcoming.

Finding the entrance of the hotel at night was a bit challenging, as only one entrance was open, which was not obvious.
